About the Role

Great companies are built by exceptional people, and finding them requires a blend of speed,

strategy, and execution. As Talent Acquisition Associate, you will own end-to-end recruitment across both technical and non-technical tracks. In this role, youʼll partner with hiring managers, run proactive sourcing campaigns, and deliver a seamless candidate experience from first outreach to onboarding. How You'll Make an Impact

● Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process across a diverse mix of tech (engineering, product, data) and non-tech (sales, operations, finance) roles.

● Proactively source active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche tech platforms, and referral networks.

● Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job specs, and align on interview processes.

● Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure strong technical, domain, and cultural alignment.

● Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System ATS, tracking funnel metrics to \ optimize hiring velocity and conversion rates.

● Coordinate offer rollouts, negotiation, and pre-onboarding alignment to ensure high offer acceptance rates.

What Makes You a Great Fit

● 2-4 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, with a proven track record in both tech and

non-tech hiring within high-growth startups, FinTech, or SaaS.

● Strong sourcing skill set across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and alternative

sourcing channels.

● Solid understanding of modern tech stacks and engineering roles, as well as business,

operations, and GTM profiles.

● High speed, process discipline, and comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

● Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong candidate

engagement ability.
