### About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Software Development Engineer 1 to join our mobile engineering team. In this role, you will be working on our core employee-facing mobile application built with **Flutter**. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers, designers, and product managers to develop new features, improve performance, and deliver a high-quality user experience.

### What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• **Development & Maintenance:** Develop, test, and maintain features for our Flutter-based mobile application.
• **Code Quality:** Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established best practices.
• **Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design) to define, design, and ship new features.
• **Code Review:** Actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and uphold standards.
• **Troubleshooting:** Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure the application remains stable and performant.
• **Process Improvement:** Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and codebase.
  
  

### Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of professional software development experience.
• **Foundational Knowledge:** Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.
• **Mobile Exposure:** Some experience in mobile application development (Flutter, native iOS, or native Android).
• **Version Control:** Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn rapidly.
