About the role

Are you a strategic visual storyteller who balances user-centric design with data-driven insights? As our Senior Creative Designer, you will champion Refyne’s visual identity across all communication and brand touchpoints. This role requires a blend of creative excellence, operational leadership, and mentorship. You will transform deep audience research into high-impact digital and print experiences, collaborating closely with cross-functional leadership to drive growth and build financial wellness for millions.

What you will do

End-to-End Campaign Execution: Take complete ownership of design projects from initial brief to final asset delivery. Produce high-quality visuals for websites, social media, presentations, event branding, email campaigns, and case studies.

Sub-Brand & Brand Support: Partner directly with the Brand Design Lead to execute cohesive design strategies, launch campaigns, and support visual asset creation across all primary and sub-brand verticals. ● Creative Governance & Approvals: Pitch design concepts, campaign directions, and major visual assets directly to the Consulting BrandDesign Lead, incorporating feedback to secure final creative approval before production.

Design Operations & File Management: Maintain strict ownership of all design repositories. Ensure Figma teams, active project files, and Google Drive assets are structured, clean, up-to-date, and easily accessible across the organization.

Insight-Driven Iteration: Review performance data and user feedback provided by the Growth, Product, and Data teams to continuously optimize and refine marketing creatives for better results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Content, and Growth teams to understand project goals and deliver ideal visual solutions that match target audience needs.

Workflow Efficiency: Build and maintain reusable templates and asset libraries to streamline delivery to internal points of contact (POCs), reducing repetitive design tasks.

Team Mentorship: Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of creative, and creative designers. Assist in guiding junior team members to maintain strict brand consistency and quality standards.
