About The Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Finance team. This role goes beyond crunching numbersyoull be a partner in solving business problems, uncovering insights, and enabling smarter decisions. Youll work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to build clarity from complex data.
What you will do
Own and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights for the
Finance function.
Proactively identify data-driven opportunities, problems, and risksand act on them without waiting for assignments.
Build and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and models to support business strategy.
Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Tech teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and usability.
Translate complex data findings into simple, clear, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Develop a deep working understanding of business models and financial mechanics.
What were looking for
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics,
Engineering, or a related field.
24 years of experience in data analysis, ideally with exposure to financial data.
Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Hands-on experience with Python and/or R for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
Problem ownership mindset

Comfort with scale
You can work with large, complex datasets while keeping the big picture clear in your head.
Practical with tools
You know that tech is an enabler, not a barrier.
