We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE 2) to be a technical anchor for our mobile team. This isn’t a role where you’ll just be shifting pixels; you’ll be taking true ownership of a high-stakes user facing FinTech application.

We handle people’s financial lives, our app needs to be two things: bulletproof and butter-smooth. We need an engineer who loves the "brave new world" of Flutter but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into Kotlin or Swift when the bridge needs building. You’ll be the person who ensures our performance is top-tier and our security scores stay flawless.

Responsibilities

• Daily Craftsmanship: You’ll be hands-on in the codebase every day, building features that are as clean under the hood as they are beautiful on the screen.
• Native Power: When a Flutter plugin doesn't cut it, you'll jump into the native layer (iOS/Android) to write custom platform channels that keep our app running at peak performance.
• Hybrid Architecture & WebViews: You will manage and optimize the integration of WebViews within our Flutter app. This includes building secure Javascript Bridges, managing session persistence, and ensuring the transition between native and web content is imperceptible to the user.
• Performance Obsession: You’ll hunt down jank, memory leaks, and slow load times. If a UI component isn't hitting 60fps, you're the one who figures out why.
• Security Guard: You’ll lead the charge on Infosec. From protecting PII to fixing VAPT (vulnerability) feedback, you’ll ensure our users' data is safer with us than anywhere else.
• Release Maestro: You’ll own the keys to the kingdom—managing the end-to-end release process for both the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Version Evolution: You’ll navigate the team through Flutter and Dart version upgrades, ensuring our tech stack stays modern without breaking the production environment.
• Production Detective: When a "one-in-a-million" bug hits production, you’ll use your debugging and profiling skills to find the root cause and document the fix.

Qualifications

• The Experience: You have 4+ years of professional experience, with several of those spent shipping and maintaining large-scale Flutter apps in the wild.
• FinTech DNA: You’ve spent at least 1 year in the FinTech space. You understand that "security" isn't a checkbox—it's a fundamental part of the architecture.
• Hybrid Expertise: Proven experience building and maintaining hybrid apps that heavily utilize WebViews. You understand how to handle deep-linking, cookie management, and secure communication between Flutter and the Web layer.
• Platform Fluency: You’re an expert in Dart, but you also speak enough Kotlin and Swift to navigate the native side of the fence.
• Security Awareness: You understand PII protection and have a track record of hardening apps against common mobile vulnerabilities.
• Release Savvy: You’ve been through the "Play Store & App Store Review" trenches and know how to manage a smooth deployment pipeline.
• Ownership Mindset: You don't just write code; you write documentation, you mentor others, and you care about the long-term health of the product.
