We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Finance team. This role goes beyond crunching numbers—you’ll be a partner in solving business problems, uncovering insights, and enabling smarter decisions. You’ll work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to build clarity from complex data.

Responsibilities

• Own and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights for the Finance function.
• Proactively identify data-driven opportunities, problems, and risks—and act on them without waiting for assignments.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and models to support business strategy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Tech teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and usability.
• Translate complex data findings into simple, clear, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Develop a deep working understanding of business models and financial mechanics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, ideally with exposure to financial data.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with Python and/or R for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
