HiBob helps modern, mid-size businesses transform the way they manage people, giving HR teams, managers, and employees the tools they need to connect, engage, develop, and grow.

Our HR platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for the way people work today: globally, collaboratively, and across different stages of growth. As HiBob continues to scale, Marketing plays a central role in creating predictable, efficient growth across both new business and our existing customer base.

The opportunity

HiBob is looking for an experienced and commercially minded VP of Revenue Marketing to lead our global revenue marketing organization.
Reporting to the CMO, you will own the strategy and execution required to generate predictable, efficient pipeline across new business and regional growth. You will bring together our digital growth, lifecycle, website, regional and field marketing efforts into one connected revenue engine, with clear accountability for pipeline contribution, customer acquisition efficiency, and business growth.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role. You will work closely with Sales, BDR, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing and Revenue Operations to translate company growth goals into an effective marketing strategy and operating plan.
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with 4+ years leading demand, growth, or global revenue marketing teams at S. Director/VP level. You've already operated at VP-level scope — this isn't your first step into owning the number.
  • You've personally owned a meaningful pipeline target. Ideally, you've been accountable for $100M+ in annual marketing-sourced or influenced pipeline in a B2B SaaS business and can show how you grew it.
  • You've built a demand engine across multiple channels, not just managed one. Paid acquisition, lifecycle/nurture, web/CRO, AEO, field and ABX should all be familiar territory. You don't need to execute campaigns yourself, but you should be able to get two levels down into the numbers and challenge the strategy.
  • You've managed meaningful paid acquisition budgets. We're looking for someone who has made real allocation and trade-off decisions across channels, segments and regions — not someone who has only overseen an agency.
  • You've built and led a multi-layer marketing organization. You've managed Directors who manage teams, hired senior leaders, designed org structures and operated across multiple regions/time zones.
  • You've partnered directly with a CRO and senior Sales leadership against a shared pipeline target. You can point to situations where the pipeline was behind, explain how you diagnosed the problem, and show what Marketing and Sales changed as a result.
  • You've built segmentation into the GTM operating model. You have experience defining and operationalizing segments across Marketing and Sales — ideally with Product and Customer Success as well. You think in segments and buying contexts, not static personas.
  • You can diagnose the funnel, not just report on it. When a segment stalls from qualified demand to pipeline, you know how to determine whether the issue is demand volume, conversion, positioning, product fit, qualification or Sales execution — and who needs to be in the room to fix it.
  • You're current on how demand is changing. You have practical experience with areas such as AI/LLM-driven marketing, AEO/GEO, modern lifecycle intelligence, intent signals and scoring. You have a clear view on what AI should automate and what still requires human judgment.
  • You operate as a company executive, not only a functional leader. You're comfortable discussing pipeline, CAC, conversion, payback and growth trade-offs with the executive team, and making decisions for the company number even when they're not optimal for Marketing's local metrics.
  • You're based in Israel and have substantial experience leading global teams and GTM programs from here.
  • Full professional fluency in English. You're comfortable challenging and influencing CROs, executives and Board-level stakeholders in English.

What success looks like
Success in this role means building a revenue marketing organization that is increasingly predictable, efficient, and closely connected to the company's commercial goals.
You will create clarity around where Marketing invests, how pipeline is generated, which segments and programs deserve greater focus, and how Marketing and Sales work together to deliver sustainable growth through specific regions, segments and programs.
Most importantly, you will build a team and operating model capable of scaling with HiBob through its next stage of growth.
  • Revenue and pipeline strategy: Own Marketing's contribution to new business and regional pipeline, translating company revenue goals into clear marketing targets, investment priorities, and execution plans by segment across our 8 geos.
  • Regional and field marketing: Own the regional pipeline across revenue sources - inbound and outbound. Partner with regional Sales and marketing leaders to build locally relevant programs while maintaining a scalable global operating model and consistent performance standards.
  • Integrated revenue marketing: Lead an integrated approach across performance marketing, website and conversion, lifecycle marketing, regional and field marketing to create demand and move prospects and customers through the funnel.
  • Segmentation and go-to-market planning: Build marketing strategies around meaningful segments and verticals, ensuring investment, messaging, channels, and regional execution reflect how different customers buy and grow with HiBob.
  • Digital growth and website experience: Ensure our highest-intent channels and website experiences are continually optimized for LLM, conversion, localization, and pipeline.
  • Lifecycle and customer growth: Develop lifecycle programs that improve conversion throughout the buyer journey and support expansion opportunities across the existing customer base.
  • Performance management and investment: Establish a rigorous operating rhythm across forecasting, measurement, attribution, budget allocation, and optimization. Use data to understand what is driving business impact and make clear investment trade-offs to drive efficiency growth.
  • Sales and GTM partnership: Act as a senior Marketing partner to Sales and GTM leadership, creating shared accountability for pipeline performance and ensuring strong alignment on priorities, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention.
  • Team leadership: Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global team of senior marketing leaders and specialists across functions and regions.
  • Innovation and evolution: Continuously evolve HiBob's revenue marketing approach, identifying where new technology, AI, automation, channels, and ways of working can improve effectiveness and efficiency while scaling through regions and segments..
