About You
You're a senior individual contributor who thinks like an engineer and operates like a media buyer. You build systems that make entire teams better.- 5+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience in B2B SaaS, with deep operational expertise across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. You've personally built, scaled, and optimized campaigns, with a strong understanding of performance drivers across the funnel.
- Proven experience building AI-powered paid media capabilities, including automation, intelligent bidding, audience modeling, dynamic creative optimization, or similar systems that extend beyond platform-native automation.
- A builder's mindset. You're energized by ambiguity, prefer creating processes over inheriting them, and instinctively turn one-off wins into repeatable systems.
- Experience owning budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI management across multi-channel, multi-market investments.
- Strong expertise in attribution, analytics, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, defensible recommendations.
- A track record of driving pipeline growth through paid search and paid social, with a relentless focus on experimentation and optimization.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
- Develop and scale AI-driven campaign management infrastructure and workflows.
- Implement automated bidding, audience modeling, and optimization frameworks.
- Drive Dynamic Ad & Landing Page Generation and Testing.
- Evaluate and operationalize AI tools that improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Manage paid acquisition across assigned regions and channels.
- Own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Lead media planning for global and regional campaigns, ensuring investment aligns with business priorities, market opportunities, and pipeline goals.
- Partner with Regional Marketing, Creative, Web, and RevOps to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is required.
- Own budget allocation across channels, regions, and segments.
- Continuously optimize budget allocation, pacing, and investment mix to maximize pipeline, improve efficiency, and drive the highest return on marketing spend.
- Recommend investment shifts based on performance and growth opportunities.
- Lead experimentation across campaigns, audiences, landing pages, and funnels.
- Translate performance, market, and competitive insights into action.
- Connect paid media performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
