We are looking for a strategic, customer-facing Workforce Planning Strategic Solution Architect to help customers successfully optimize workforce planning processes within HiBob’s platform.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business understanding of Workforce Planning and Organizational Planning with a consultative, SaaS-oriented mindset and strong technical implementation capabilities. You will work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to translate complex organizational and headcount planning needs into scalable, structured solutions within the platform.The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Headcount Planning, Job Architecture, Organizational Design, or Workforce Modeling processes — and knows how to guide customers through both the strategic and technical aspects of implementation in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

  • Strong understanding of Workforce Planning concepts such as Headcount Planning, Organizational Planning, Workforce Modeling, Hiring Forecasting, and Job Architecture / Job Catalogs.
  • Direct hands-on experience leading or implementing Workforce Planning / Headcount Planning processes — this is the core requirement for the role.
  • Experience working closely with HR, Finance, or People Operations stakeholders on organizational planning initiatives.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or consultative role within SaaS, HR Tech, HRIS, or consulting environments.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or Workforce Planning platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or similar systems.

  • Experience with HRIS or Workforce Planning platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or similar systems.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing Job Catalogs / Job Architecture frameworks.
  • Background in Workforce Planning consulting, HR Transformation, People Analytics, or FP&A.
  • Lead customer-facing Workforce Planning and Headcount Planning solution initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.
  • Partner directly with HR, Finance, People Operations, and business stakeholders to understand organizational planning needs and design scalable solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into structured workforce planning processes, technical system configurations, and Job Catalog frameworks.
  • Design and configure workforce planning solutions within the platform, ensuring scalability, usability, and operational efficiency.
  • Support customers in building and optimizing Job Architecture, Position Management, and workforce planning methodologies.
  • Advise customers on workforce planning best practices, organizational design, and scalable operating models.
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Enablement, and R&D teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities and roadmap priorities.
  • Lead strategic conversations with customers around workforce planning, hiring forecasting, organizational structures, budgeting alignment, and resource planning.
  • Drive successful customer adoption by delivering enablement, guidance, workshops, and process recommendations.
  • Identify technical and operational gaps within customer planning workflows and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal processes, implementation methodologies, integrations, and customer experience.
  • Help shape the future of HiBob’s Workforce Planning solutions through customer feedback and market insights.
