What you'll do
To architect and manage the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, ensuring that every dollar of GTM spend results in predictable, high-margin ARR and minimises the gap between marketing leads and recognised revenue.
What you'll bring
Essential Qualities:
Experience: 8 years of total experience with 4+ years in a RevOps role at a B2B SaaS company.
Analytical rigour: Ability to analyse key metrics such as LTV: CAC, and Magic Numbers
Systems Architecture: Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot/ Salesforce) and ability to build a single source of truth.
Commercial Acumen: Ability to set up and operationalise a deal desk function and experience in structuring complex software deals for enterprises.
Operational Resilience: Proven record in handling revenue recognition and complex reconciliations for smooth translation to financial statements with a strong attention to detail.
Strategic Communication: Ability to analyse patterns and devise solutions for GTM, sales strategy, to prepare reviews and drive executive alignment and decision-making.
Desirable Qualities:
Fintech/ Fraud Expertise: A keen understanding of the identity, risk, payments and orchestration space.
International Exposure: Experience in managing RevOps internationally, beyond India.
Enterprise sales cycle: Experience in handling pricing/ RevOps targeting enterprises, including participation in RFPs.
